Tilly Loughborough, Managing Director
Tilly joined the Transdev Group in February 2017 as Executive General Manager, Customers, Stakeholders and Communications across Transdev’s New South Wales and Queensland multi-modal businesses – incorporating bus and ferry services in both states and Sydney’s rapidly expanding light rail network.
Tilly has over 15 years’ experience in senior roles across a number of transport organisations ranging from 400 to 70,000 employees. Her background extends across all areas of organisational development, standards production and operational provision. She is passionate about designing and delivering an exceptional customer experience. She began her transport career in First Scotrail, as Customer Service Director, then as Passenger Services Executive for Transport for Greater Manchester before joining First Group as Executive Sponsor – Customer Experience. Her work at Northern Rail, as Customer Service Director was directly attributable to moving Northern Rail from the bottom of the National Rail Passenger Survey league table to achieving top ten Franchised Operator ranking within two years. She has also driven customer experience work stream bid processes, having supported Serco on the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram projects while working with North Star Consulting
Phil Kershaw, Executive General Manager Finance and Commercial, NSW & QLD
Phil joined Transdev in 2013 and is responsible for leading and directing the finance and commercial functions of Transdev’s Bus, Ferry and Light Rail businesses in NSW & QLD.
With over 30 years’ experience within the financial sector with roles in various financial institutions he is an experienced commercial executive with strong finance, commercial and contractual skills.
Michael Fyfe, Safety, Quality and Risk Manager
Michael has been with Transdev since October 2009 and was appointed as Safety, Quality and Risk Manager in January 2011.
As Safety, Quality and Risk Manager, he is responsible for overseeing all Safety, Quality, Risk, Environment and Compliance matters for Transdev Queensland and Transdev Brisbane Ferries. Michael has 24 plus years’ experience in safety, training and personnel management.
Michael also has experience in a broad range of business development procedures, business management and financial management. Michael holds tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Auditing and Business.
Findlay Calderwood, Operations Manager - Transdev QLD Bus
Findlay has been with Transdev Queensland since 2009 and prior to moving to his current role of Operations Manager in mid-2014 was Commercial and Contracts Manager.
As Operations Manager he is responsible for building a high performing workforce to ensure delivery of safe and reliable bus services with a focus on attainment of contractual key performance indicators and broader business objectives.
With over 25 years senior management experience across a broad range of industries in Europe and Australasia, Findlay has a wealth of knowledge gained from managing multi-disciplinary teams in operational environments
Kieran Bitossi, Service Delivery Manager - Brisbane Ferries
Kieran joined Transdev Australasia in 2015 and is responsible for the day to day Operations and Service Delivery of the Brisbane CityCat and CityFerry network.
Working in the maritime industry for over 15 years, Kieran brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from global maritime organisations and the Royal Australian Navy.
Kieran has held key operational and safety roles and works closely with national and states bodies. He has extensive experience in operations management, resource planning, project management and workplace health, safety and compliance.
