It’s important that you give us a full description of the item/s lost. If you are able to provide us with a service, route number or vessel name and the time of travel there’s a better chance to track your lost item/s.
Getting your property back
Item/s lost on a bus can be retrieved from our office at 10 Smith Street in Capalaba. Collection times are between 9am to 4.45pm during weekdays (excluding public holidays).
Item/s lost on a ferry can be retrieved from our Riverside Ferry Information Centre opposite the Riverside ferry terminal, 100 metres from Eagle Street Pier. Collection times are between 9am to 5pm daily (excluding Christmas day)
For security purposes, please bring photo ID when collecting items from either of our locations.
